It is necessary to remove the baggage compartment floor section in order to make this inspection. 2. If it is found that any or all the bolt hole locations have not been spot faced, it is required that they be spot faced in accordance with the instructions given in Bell Mandatory Service Bulletin No. 116, dated November 9, 1956.
