Unsafe Condition
Cracks that could be initiated at the waste water service panel area and the potable water service panel area, which could affect the structural integrity of the airplane.
Required Actions
Modification of the potable water service panel and waste water service panel, including doing applicable related investigative and corrective actions, such as measuring the diameter of a hole of a fastener and doing a rotating probe inspection, and repairs if necessary.
