Douglas Brake Part Number Maximum Wear Limit (inches) For airplanes with an approved Flight Manual MGTOW of 149,500 lb: 2608892-1 1.20 5004321-3/-4/-5 all Trapezoid 0.65 5004321-6 Bullnose 0.70 " -6 Trapezoid 0.75 " -10 Bullnose 0.70 " -11 Trapezoid (Standard) 1.00 " -11 Trapezoid (Rebalanced) 1.20 " -12 Trapezoid 0.70 5007898 Trapezoid 0.75 5007898-1 Trapezoid 0.80 For airplanes with an approved Flight Manual MGTOW of 160,000 lb: 2608892-1 0.70 5007898 Bullnose 0.45 5007898-1 Trapezoid 0.50 (b) Within 180 days after the effective date of this AD, incorporate the maximum brake wear limits specified in paragraph (a) of this AD, into the FAA-approved maintenance inspection program.
