The maintenance record entries required by FAR 43.9 and FAR 91.173 must be accomplished. (d) An equivalent means of compliance with this AD may be used if approved by the Manager, Wichita Aircraft Certification Office, Federal Aviation Administration, 1801 Airport Road, Room 100, Wichita, Kansas 67209. (d) An equivalent means of compliance with this AD may be used if approved by the Manager, Wichita Aircraft Certification Office, Federal Aviation Administration, 1801 Airport Road, Room 100, Wichita, Kansas 67209. All persons affected by this directive may obtain copies of the document(s) referred to herein upon request to Cessna Aircraft Company, Customer Services, Post Office Box 1521, Wichita, Kansas 67201; or may examine these documents at the FAA, Office of the Assistant Chief Counsel, Room 1558, 601 East 12th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64106. This AD revises AD 87-21-02, Amendment 39-5740 which became effective on November 2, 1987. This amendment (39-6215, AD 87-21-02 R1) becomes effective on June 16, 1989. FOOTER:
