If this T/R yoke and crosshead combination is installed, either: (1) Remove T/R yoke P/N 206-011-819-101 and replace it with T/R yoke P/N 206-011-811-009; or (2) Remove T/R crosshead P/N 206-010-741-001 or -003 and replace it with T/R crosshead P/N 206-011-855-001 or 206-011-857-001. (b) Alternative inspections, modification, or other actions which provide an equivalent level of safety may be used when approved by the Manager, Helicopter Certification Branch, Southwest Region, Federal Aviation Administration, P.O.
