Required Actions
Inspect the main rotor head sleeves for cracks, delaminations, or separated bushes before further flight if helicopters exhibit severe tracking defects. Replace sleeves with serviceable ones if damaged. Replace specific part number sleeves based on time in service: for SA 365C, C1, C2, C3 models, replace sleeves with 1,900+ hours within 100 hours; those under 1,900 hours before reaching 2,000 hours. For SA 365N, N-1 models, replace sleeves with 900+ hours within 100 hours; those under 900 hours before reaching 1,000 hours. Allow alternate methods of compliance approved by FAA.

Compliance Time
Before further flight for inspections related to severe tracking defects. For replacements based on time in service: within 100 hours' time in service if over threshold, or before reaching specified hours (2,000 for SA 365C series, 1,000 for SA 365N series).
