Inspect the electrical receptacle of the cartridge for compressed aluminum foil, which may have the appearance of solder and remove if present. Reinstall the plug and reset the applicable circuit breaker. (b) An equivalent means of compliance with this AD may be used if approved by the Manager, Atlanta Aircraft Certification Office, 1075 Innerloop Road, College Park, Georgia 30337; telephone (404) 763-7248.
