HG. BELOW 2000 RPM." The placard may be fabricated locally, using 3/32 inch high lettering on a contrasting background. Upon request of the operator, an equivalent means of compliance with the requirement of this AD may be approved by the Chief, Engineering and Manufacturing Branch, FAA, Great Lakes Region. This Airworthiness Directive supersedes AD 80-15-09. This amendment becomes effective June 15, 1981, as to all persons except those to whom it was made immediately effective by the priority mail letter dated February 26, 1981, which contained this amendment.
