Sectors found damaged are to be replaced or repaired, as necessary, in accordance with FAR Part 43, or in a manner approved by the Chief, Seattle Area Aircraft Certification Office, FAA Northwest Region. C. Airplanes may be ferried in accordance with FAR 21.199 to a Maintenance Base, for the purpose of complying with this AD. D. This Airworthiness Directive is not applicable to airplanes inspected in accordance with the above if the inspections were accomplished after October 20, 1980. This amendment becomes effective December 24, 1980, and was effective earlier to those recipients of telegraphic AD T80-22-54 dated October 24, 1980. FOOTER:
