Unsafe Condition
A possible unbalanced rudder condition that could induce flutter due to trapped water in the rudder and rudder trim tab (if installed).
AI-generated summary from the source AD text. Verify against the official source before acting.
Required Actions
Fabricate and install a temporary placard instructing pilots to check for trapped water before each flight. Within 25 hours time-in-service, drill new drain holes and seal gaps in the rudder and trim tab per Beechcraft Service Instructions No. 1116. Remove placard after completing the drainage modifications.

B) Within the next 25 hours time-in-service, (1) incorporate additional drainage in the rudder and rudder trim tab (if installed) by drilling new drain holes and (2) seal gaps in the top of the rudder and trim tab (if installed), all in accordance with Beechcraft Service Instructions No. 1116.
