(b) Operators who have not kept records of hours of time in service on any assembly to which a provision of this AD applies shall substitute airplane hours time in service in lieu thereof. (Scottish Aviation, Limited, Mandatory Service Bulletin No. B206/54, dated October 21, 1975, covers the same subject.) This amendment becomes effective December 10, 1977. FOOTER:
