(b) If fin fairing overlap measured in accordance with paragraph (a) of this AD is less than 0.4 in. (10 mm), modify (lengthen) the rudder nose by bonding fiberglass strips to the nose in accordance with Flug-und Fahrzeugwerke A.G.
