D) Install a permanent placard to the right of the tachometer instrument to read as follows: TAXI AND TAKE-OFF LEAD WITH REAR ENGINE POWER CHECK RPM AND FUEL FLOW NOTE: The operator may make and install a temporary placard using minimum 1/8 inch high letters until the permanent placard is obtained from the manufacturer and properly installed.
