Unsafe Condition
could result in fuel tank explosions and consequent loss of the airplane.
Required Actions
Inspect the fuel pump control relays and change the fuel tank boost/transfer pump wire termination, and revise the airplane maintenance or inspection program to include the latest CDCCLs, ALIs, and short-term extensions.
